Use of this website

This website is published by MeghVin Foundation, a public charitable trust registered in Ahmedabad. By using it you agree to these terms. Content is for information; figures are updated periodically and marked with their "as of" date.

Donations

Donations are voluntary contributions to the charitable objects of the trust. The trustees decide how funds are applied within those objects; where you choose a cause we will apply your gift there wherever practicable. Donations made through this website are in Indian rupees from Indian residents only; we do not accept foreign contributions. A receipt is issued for every donation. Tax benefit under section 80G will be available only after the trust's approval is granted; we will state the approval number on receipts from that date.

Sponsorship of trees and meals

Sponsorship amounts are estimates of cost. A sponsored tree may die despite care; we replace it in the next planting season at no charge. Photo updates are sent on a best-effort basis.

Volunteering

Volunteers take part at their own risk, follow the coordinator's safety instructions, and are responsible for their own health and belongings. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian.

Content and trademarks

Text, photographs and the MeghVin Foundation name and logo are the property of the trust. You may share pages and posters for non-commercial awareness with attribution.

Liability

The website is provided as is. The trust is not liable for losses arising from use of the site or from third-party services (payment, maps, messaging) linked from it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India; courts at Ahmedabad have jurisdiction.
